Senior Deputy Director Process & Performance

Description
CINCO is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Deputy Director Process & Performance. 

The Senior Deputy Director is responsible for the overall project management functions, providing leadership, coordination and support to the project team. The Senior Deputy Director is expected to oversee all aspects of the multiple projects assigned to the various teams he supervises. He or she is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope - ensuring that project activities and project deliverables are undertaken in a consistent manner, adhering to the appropriate process and performance standards of the company. 

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have to perform a wide range of functions that includes, but is not limited to:
• Development, implementation and training of Agile Project Management Methodologies;
• Manage all process and performance aspects of projects assigned to all project units;
• Oversee all performance reviews for unit leaders and directors;
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to all units leaders;
• Provide oversight and priority setting to the teams based on client projects and company’s vision;
• Develop and maintain appropriate project documentation with the support of project teams and Project Director (project plan, project schedule, project risk and issues, management plan, project communication plan, project resources plan, budget);
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and resources with Project Directors;
• Oversee client relationships (internal and external) for projects assigned to the project teams;
• Identify and manage project milestones;
• Manage project expectations with stakeholders;
• Prepare project status reports and update project stakeholders (CINCO and clients);
• Prepare and report project financial status;
• Develop and deliver metric reports to stakeholders;
• Plan and implement corrective actions to keep projects within approved schedule, budget and scope;
• Take ownership, accountability and responsibility for the success of all projects (internal and external);
• Ensure that quality assessment (QA) processes are documented and implemented;
• Ensure that agile methodologies, structures, processes and standards are adhered to by all project team members;
• Any other activities and tasks that can help the development or management of CINCO or its projects.

Skills & Requirements
• Must be an expert in Agile Project Management Methodologies and be able to train the team;
• PMI Certification is an asset;
• 7-10 years project management experience, developing project plans, managing project’s stakeholders, teams, scope, risks, schedules and budgets over 1 million dollars;
• 5-7 years of proven team leadership and conflict management skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Positive, flexible, open-minded approach towards work assignments;
• Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and support colleagues as well as work effectively with clients and co-workers with different styles and levels of technical knowledge;
• Experience working in team-based environments;
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and handle multiple tasks at once and proven ability to discern critical from minor challenges;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Projects and /or Attask for project planning (CINCO uses Attask as its main project management software);
• Agile project management methods implementation experience;
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably with forward thinking businesses (we are not the cubicle type of company);
• Perfect communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken;
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams with specific performance targets;
• Ability to implement budget controls;
• Experience in Experiential & Sponsorship is an asset;
• Experience in Mobile, Digital or Social Media is an asset.
